
With Personnel Resource Planning (PEP), you can define your employee’s shifts and working hours, as well as vacation and sick days. You can then generate shifts of any type for several employees directly over a freely definable period. The target times created in this way form the basis for further personnel time recording. The sick days and vacation days stored in this way can be printed out directly for payroll accounting. This makes the frequently used Excel lists a thing of the past.
Employees’ “clock-in/clock-out times” are stamped, managed and clearly evaluated via the personnel time recording system. This provides a transparent overview of employees’ attendance, overtime and vacation entitlements.
In the touch-optimized interface, employees can clock in and out digitally and easily identify their time on duty. Stamping via barcodes, RFID chips or similar can also be integrated. The stamped times are displayed in the PZE evaluation as a journal, daily or monthly overview and thus made available for payroll accounting. In addition, different time types can be stored, recorded and evaluated.
