The calendar is another tool that unfolds its full potential through integration with Project Management, Task Management, and the resubmission system of the CRM system. As with the mail system, a standard interface (CalDAV) enables bidirectional synchronization with all calendar apps.

Synchronization with all calendar applications and smartphone apps is achieved via a standard interface (CalDAV). The automatic generation of resubmissions, maintenance appointments for systems, or the billing of services/appointments from the calendar by transferring them to an outgoing invoice is possible directly from the calendar.

For the planning of project steps, tasks can be dragged directly from the project to the calendar. These are transferred to the employees’ smartphones via CalDAV  and are thus used by the field service or installation and service teams to plan their service tasks.
