Titanium.aero has an integrated mail client including server, which manages the sending of e-mails and the automatic retrieval of all registered e-mail accounts via the Titanium.aero IMAP adapter. The Titanium.aero server connects to a preset mail server (e.g. Exchange) – or directly to the Internet provider’s mail server.

Smart functions for the daily workflow

Automatic import and selective archiving of incoming and outgoing e-mails including attachments: Incoming emails are automatically identified via the email address, imported, indexed and assigned to the business partner in the ERP system. This puts an end to the tedious management of emails and attachments.

Tagging and linking

E-mails can be tagged for automatic linking of the e-mail to other objects – e.g. a complaint, a project or similar. The automatic keywording (full text search) of all e-mails also runs in the background – as with the other DMS documents.
