Uni-Fly A/S was founded in 1970 by Bjarne Stuhr Petersen, who is the owner and Accountable Manager.
Since 2002, Uni-Fly A/S has performed more than 22,000 successful hoist operations to offshore wind turbines in Denmark for Vattenfall (former ELSAM) using an EC 135 based in Esbjerg.
In 2009, Uni-Fly A/S decided to offer maintenance services to external customers, and at the same time a new fixed wing maintenance department was established. The first major results within this new business area has been the appointment as Piper Authorized Service Center and Cirrus Aircraft Service Center for Scandinavia and the Baltic Countries.
Since 1984, LTB400 Aviation Software GmbH has provided a Maintenance Management System for small and medium size aviation companies in the repair and overhaul business (MRO).
